Roger Francis O. Querijero

GQ is CleanTech’s Senior Project Manager and is tasked with leading projects while serving as the owning engineer. His role allows him to be hands-on in every stage of the company’s projects: from the pre-development stage which includes permitting from the government and private agencies, land technical studies, tendering and procurement of major equipment and services that support the engineering, and procurement and construction (EPC) requirements of the projects; to the development stage where he works closely with the EPC and owners engineer. 

On top of monitoring project developments, GQ leads and works closely with the project team which consists of the technical team, finance and accounting team, and consultants. GQ also leads the procurement and logistics team which works to support both admin and project requirements. On the ground, GQ is the Renewable Energy Health and Safety Officer and the Pollution Control Officer for the Bulacan 2 Solar Power Project (Bulacan 2 SPP). He also reports to the Department of Energy (DOE) and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) for all the health, safety, and environmental requirements for the Bulacan 2 SPP.

Before joining Cleantech in 2015, GQ worked at Procter and Gamble Philippines for 19 years where he first started as part of manufacturing and operations, and later transferred to regional and global engineering. He is a graduate of Adamson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. ‍

When he is not at work, GQ is busy at home taking care of his three children and working on DIY projects around the house. Ever the athletic type, and having played basketball and volleyball for as long as he can remember, GQ has also recently gotten into running and biking, and is excited to complete in his first duathlon race.
