Nikko Bautista-Nebres

She holds responsibility for the complete scope of Human Resources activities, from strategic planning to execution, covering all programs related to recruitment, training, employee benefits, and industrial relations. In parallel, she manages the administrative portfolio, which includes supervising administrative personnel and maintaining optimal efficiency of all office functions essential to achieving CTGRI’s organizational goals.

Niks holds a B.S. in Psychology from Colegio San Agustin (CSA-Southwoods), with advanced degrees from the University of the Philippines Diliman: a Diploma in Industrial Relations and a Master’s in Industrial Relations, specializing in Human Resources Development (HRD).

Her professional background, before joining CleanTech, is distinguished by broad experience across several sectors, including the educational sector, the automotive industry, the golf club industry, and significant contributions within the Hotel Industry. Additionally, she has served in a strategic capacity as an HR Consultant for various small and medium-sized organizations.

Outside her HR world, Niks enjoys cooking and exploring hotels firsthand through check-ins, as well as spending time with her fur babies.
