Cindy completed her degree in Civil Engineering from Saint Louis University in Baguio City in 2016. As a licensed Civil Engineer, she started her career by joining the Planning Department of the Provincial Local Government Unit of Benguet. After being involved in materials and geotechnical testing, engineering, and construction for over a year, she finally joined the renewable energy sector under a subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation developing hydropower projects for more than three years.

Cindy is part of CleanTech's Project Development Engineering Team, wherein her role is to perform tasks requiring standard civil engineering techniques and procedures. Included in her responsibilities are civil/ structural project works, providing technical assistance and support to lead engineers and Project Managers, and performing other duties relative to the development of Renewable Energy (Solar/ Wind) projects, particularly on planning and evaluation, technical studies, permitting, and stakeholder liaison. 

She closely works with the Business Development Manager, Senior Project Managers, and other project development engineers in overseeing and managing the cycle of the project development process.

Cindy prioritizes her free time with her family. Binge-watching, eating out, and traveling are usually the activities she does with them.
