Sustainability requires conscious effort and continuous commitment at every level. With CleanTech being thoroughly dedicated to realizing the full potential of its ESMS framework, the Company ensures that all employees are aligned with its objectives, and that they are able to receive opportunities to strive for them. Apart from the corporate sustainability programs in place, Workplace Sustainability and Engagement Awareness programs are also conducted. Such activities aim to engage all of the employees (and the communities) about the value of environmental and social management. 

The Company currently has several initiatives that are aligned with its sustainability goals. These include team building activities like the Nurture-A-Grove Programs, sustainability and environment talks, and environmental awareness programs will also be made. To further strengthen its initiatives, the Company is also planning to expand its list of activities.
